Welcome to Lapeer Community High School, home of the Cougars!
Community High School is a specialized program designed to individualize the educational journey for each and every student in grades 9-12. High expectations, increased flexibility and an outstanding support system are all components in creating a pathway to a high school diploma. Student opportunities include engaging in a technology-rich learning environment, practical career and technical training, online credit recovery and a diverse offering of electives that reflect the interests and talents of our students. Extra-curricular participation in athletics at our sister schools, Lapeer East and West, are available to all students in all three sports seasons, as are opportunities for participation in co-curricular offerings like marching band and student leadership as well.
